what to bring

be prepared with layers for all weather

Colorado Rocky Mountain weather is rapidly changing and often unpredictable while traveling the distances we cover, so it’s wise to dress in layers that allow you to be comfortable from 80’s and sunny to rainy and cold into the 40’s. The wind chill factor while riding makes it feel cooler that you may expect, so bring a sweater, a rain jacket and gloves.

two person adventures

If there are two of you, one will be in the sidecar and the other will be seated behind the driver on the motorcycle. The person on the motorcycle needs to wear long pants and boots that protect your ankles from the heat of the motor.

hydration, snacks, & sun protection

We will be at high altitudes that require more hydration and sun protection than at lower elevations. Please bring a water bottle, snacks if you like, sunglasses, and either clothing or sunscreen to protect from getting a sunburn.

Logistics

PAYMENT

We would generally like to keep life simple with cash, and avoid credit card service fees. If you wish to use a credit card or bank account, we have Venmo & PayPal (with a 3% processing fee).

cancellation policy

Your time is valuable and so is ours. If you need to cancel your reservation, please be so kind as to give us as much notice as possible with a minimum of 48 hours. Since less than 48 hours will often mean a loss in our small business income, we have a $100 cancellation fee for less than 48 hours if we cannot book that time with another party. Of course, if it’s raining we can change the time or cancel with no charge.

right to refuse service

We deeply value equality, kindness and respect. If we feel for any reason that these values are not being honored, we reserve the right to refuse to book a reservation, or terminate an adventure at any time if our driver feels unsafe. No refunds will be given in this situation.

liability waiver required

Your driver is very experienced and extremely safety conscious and we want you to feel you are in good hands with someone who holds your safety as their highest priority. We also require you to sign a liability waiver form that states you understand that you understand that adventures can come with risks of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances that you will not hold us responsible for.
